Curated Search is exclusively partnering with a well established residential developer to appoint a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor for a significant RC frame residential development in London.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a major live scheme and play a central role in its commercial delivery. Working closely with senior commercial and technical teams, you will be involved from procurement through to final account, with genuine responsibility and visibility across the project lifecycle.
You will lead the commercial management of a substantial RC frame residential development, overseeing procurement, cost control, valuations, variations, and financial reporting while ensuring strong commercial performance throughout the project.
- Leading subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, and negotiations
- Driving cost control, value engineering, and risk management
- Maintaining commercial documentation and reporting
- Supporting final accounts and subcontractor account agreements
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor within residential construction:
- Strong subcontract procurement and commercial management experience
- Experience managing valuations, variations, CVRs, and final accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and financial reporting skills
