Document Controller | Residential Developer

Curated Search are supporting the appointment of a Document Controller for an established residential developer delivering residential schemes across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Technical team supporting the delivery of multiple residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports and specifications.
- Administer the Asite platform, ensuring accurate document control, version management and quality assurance.
- Manage document distribution, user permissions and project access.
- Monitor document workflows and approvals, highlighting outstanding actions and supporting project teams.
- Produce reports on document status, approvals and workflow progress.
- Support the implementation and administration of Asite workflows, forms and Field tools.
- Assist with the collation of As Built documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to Asite users across the business.
- Assist with training for internal teams, consultants and contractors.
- Support the Information Manager in maintaining document control standards and driving best practice.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within residential development, construction or engineering.
- Experience using Asite or a similar document management system.
- Experience managing technical drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively across technical, site and consultant teams.
- Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Technical or Engineering teams within a residential developer or main contractor would be advantageous.

- Between £30,000 and £40,000 base salary, depending on experience.
