We are supporting the appointment of an Assistant Store Manager for a prestigious retail brand in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an excellent leadership team in one of the brand’s most high profile stores globally.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing flagship team

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience within a premium, luxury, or high-volume retail environment as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial performance within a fast-paced flagship or high-footfall location
  • Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams
  • Commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly customer focused
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptable, hands on, and confident operating within a dynamic retail environment
