- Proven ability to drive commercial performance within a fast-paced flagship or high-footfall location
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams
- Commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly customer focused
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Adaptable, hands-on, and confident operating within a dynamic retail environment
