I'm currently supporting a high-growth energy business with the appointment of an FP&A Manager to join their team in Oxford. This is a genuinely impactful role sitting right at the centre of the finance function. The position offers the opportunity to shape how financial insight supports decision-making in a fast-scaling, data‑led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end financial performance insight across revenue, cost and profitability
  • Strengthening budgeting and forecasting processes as the business continues to scale
  • Partnering closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Improving reporting through automation and smarter use of data
  • Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A capability

Qualifications

  • Qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who enjoy building things, not just maintaining them
  • Experience in fast-growth, PE-backed, SaaS or data-driven environments is especially valuable
  • Strong modelling skills and confidence using tools such as Excel, Power BI and planning platforms like Jedox or Anaplan
