Curated Partners are currently supporting a well-established and highly respected organisation with the appointment of an Interim Head of Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance leader who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, driving strategic decision-making and leading high-performing finance teams through periods of change and transformation.
The role will sit at the heart of the organisation, supporting the Leadership Team, Board and Finance & Investment Committee with high-quality financial insight, forecasting and reporting.
Key areas of focus
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
- Delivering clear and commercially focused financial reporting and analysis
- Supporting strategic decision-making through robust financial insight
- Managing and developing a finance team within a complex environment
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, systems and processes
- Supporting financial sustainability, resource optimisation and value for money initiatives
- Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholder groups
I’m particularly keen to speak with qualified accountants (CIPFA, CIMA, ACA/ICAEW or equivalent) who bring strong leadership capability alongside experience within complex or multi-stakeholder organisations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and can confidently communicate complex financial information in a clear and meaningful way.
