Curated Housekeeping is looking for a reliable, detail-driven Operations & Housekeeping Manager to take ownership of housekeeping and on-the-ground operations across a premium short-let portfolio in Bath Spa, managed by Curated Property. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, overseeing standards across high-quality serviced accommodation and acting as a trusted on-the-ground lead.

The Portfolio:

  • 10 standalone houses and apartments
  • 10 premium one-bedroom aparthotel-style apartments (St Catherines)

The Role:

You will take full operational ownership of housekeeping and day-to-day on-site standards, ensuring every property is guest-ready, consistently clean, and professionally presented. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing cleaning rotas and schedules
  • Delivering and overseeing end-of-stay, mid-stay, and deep cleans
  • Uploading photographic reports after every clean for quality control
  • Identifying and reporting damage or maintenance issues promptly
  • Acting as an on-the-ground representative, including guest check-ins when required
  • Maintaining exceptionally high cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Supporting peak-season operations and problem-solving on the ground
