Someone able to work in the office in Marlow 4 days a week (1 day working from home).
- Prior customer service experience (any industry)
- Exceptional computer/technical skills
- Quick learner and keen for career progression
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to handle high volume customer interactions of between 100-150 emails and phone calls per day
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (preferred but not essential)

Dealing with complaints in a professional and timely manner on the phone and via email.
Providing top-notch customer service.

Full training is provided on the job and we will ensure you are confident with industry knowledge and medical vocabulary before assisting with any customer queries.
Curate Health is an accredited pharmacy, operating under the oversight and regulations of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). We sell a variety of products including weight loss injections, different medications, and assist with a number of health conditions such as hair loss, nausea, HRT, insomnia and many more.
We process all information using NHS-approved software and servers to ensure the utmost security and confidentiality of your data, while adhering to the ethical standards outlined by the GPhC.
