About the Role

We are looking for a driven, hands-on Venue Partnerships Manager, responsible for ensuring Lumos Experiences has the right venues in place to deliver its candlelit concerts across the U.K. This role owns the end-to-end venue pipeline, from sourcing and outreach, through negotiation and booking, to long-term venue relationships - ensuring each venue is fully suitable for our shows. The role is highly execution-focused and requires consistency, organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail. Working closely with central teams, the Venues Partnerships Manager ensures that venues are secured on time, bookings are fully confirmed and all internal teams have the information they need to deliver successful events.

Core Responsibilities Include

  • Deliver high-volume, targeted outreach using the approved Target Location Hit List
  • Prioritise high-quality venues aligned with Lumos brand and commercial criteria
  • Use approved AI tools, templates and brand assets to secure venue interest and responses
  • Secure venues and schedule shows in line with monthly targets
  • Ensure all bookings are fully confirmed, documented and financially processed on time
  • Maintain an accurate bookings diary and ensure shows go on sale within required lead times
  • Create and maintain accurate event pages across ticketing and social platforms
  • Coordinate with venues to ensure co-hosting and visibility requirements are met
  • Ensure timely, accurate handover of booking details to musicians, staffing, content and ads teams
  • Maintain clean, complete internal records to support smooth show delivery
  • Provide clear updates on booking progress and upcoming targets
  • Maintain master location and booking records with complete, up-to-date data
  • A consistent pipeline of high-quality venues across U.K
  • Clear, accurate handover to internal teams with minimal follow-up required
  • Support ad hoc tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the business

Ideal Profile

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable
  • A natural self-starter who thrives on responsibility and momentum
  • Confident communicating with venues and stakeholders
  • Process-driven with strong administrative skills
  • Able to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in venue sourcing, bookings, events or partnerships preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Budget management experience
  • Driving license and flexibility to travel to various locations and shows as needed
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and team collaboration tools

  • Access to our annual performance based bonus scheme
  • 28 days annual leave, including bank and other public holidays
  • Additional annual leave days are given around Christmas and New Year
