Lumos Experiences is seeking a confident Event Manager to lead front-of-house for candlelit concerts in the Cambridge/Norwich region. This freelance role runs Fridays and Saturdays, with day shifts typically 8–10 hours and a paid training shift before your first solo event.
You’ll be on-site lead for set-up, guest experience, team coordination, and smooth show operations, ensuring Lumos standards and a premium guest journey throughout the evening.
