While we already operate an established warehouse, we are now in the process of creating a brand-new facility to support our future growth. This is a rare opportunity to join the business at a pivotal moment and play a key role in designing and embedding best-in-class warehouse operations from the very beginning.
As Warehouse Manager, you will take full ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate picking, checking, and processing of pharmaceutical products while leading a high-performing team and delivering consistently against targets. You will have genuine influence, visibility at senior leadership level, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact early in your Curaleaf career.
The role
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing all warehouse activities, including goods-in, dispatch, stock control, and general site maintenance
- Leading a team of 7, overseeing daily operations, performance against targets, and ongoing training and development
- Producing detailed reports for Senior Leadership and Director-level stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and documentation
- Checking incoming deliveries for accuracy and damage, ensuring goods are stored safely and correctly, including controlled drugs, flammable materials, and temperature-sensitive products
- Ensuring all orders are processed and dispatched in line with regulatory and courier requirements
- Carrying out routine and ad-hoc stock takes
- Building strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging ideas, feedback, and proactive problem-solving across the team
About you
At this critical stage of our journey, we are looking for an innovative, hands-on Warehouse Manager with a passion for best practice and continuous improvement. You will be adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support your team and deliver results.
You must:
- Communicate clearly and effectively across the business and with external partners
- Hold and maintain a clean driving licence to operate the company van
- Demonstrate exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Effectively prioritise and manage both your own workload and that of your team
- Have a good standard of numeracy, literacy, and IT skills to manage stock and documentation accurately
- Show initiative and confidence in contributing new ideas
- Be able and willing to carry out manual handling duties as part of a physically active warehouse environment
