We’re not your average pharmacy. We’re the UK’s first distance selling pharmacy specialising in medical cannabis and part of the world’s largest cannabis company. You won’t be on the front line with walk-in patients. Instead, you will be crucial to the smooth running of our dispensary, ensuring prescriptions are managed efficiently and accurately.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting, filing and retrieving prescriptions to support the dispensary team
- Processing prescriptions onto the Curaleaf Pharmacy IT system (Cooper)
- Raising purchase orders for standard and bespoke items
- Managing bespoke orders to meet lead times for patients
- Troubleshooting patient records and requesting re-writes when needed
- Performing backlog checks and supporting import/export processes
- Contacting external agencies (e.g., clinics) to resolve queries
- Following KPIs and adhering to staff rotas covering pharmacy hours (8am-8pm)
- Supporting and guiding other admin assistants within the pharmacy team
- Undertaking training to enhance skills and experience

What We’re Looking For
- Organised and methodical - essential when handling prescriptions and orders
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team players - but capable of taking initiative when working independently
- Quick learners who are IT literate and willing to undertake further training
Preferred but not Essential
- Familiarity with pharmacy dispensing processes and CBPM products
Qualifications Required
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
