We are looking for a motivated and people focused Patient/Customer Services Coordinator to join our Curaleaf team, supporting patients who rely on medical cannabis to manage their health.
Responsibilities
- Speak with patients via phone, email, live chat, and Zendesk.
- Guide patients through their medical cannabis journey, escalating when needed.
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Use bespoke IT systems and maintain electronic health records.
- Take prescription payments over the phone.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate for investigation.
- Make outbound calls regarding stock updates, orders, payments, deliveries or KYC issues.
- Keep product and process knowledge up to date.
- Liaise with couriers to support important or urgent deliveries.
- Support the Customer Service Manager, Supervisor, and other internal teams when needed.
