We are seeking an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist who will deliver a patient-focused service, manage a defined caseload, and contribute to MDT meetings.
You will work in Sunderland on a hybrid pattern (2–3 days on site) or remotely within the UK, bringing CBMP knowledge and strong clinical skills.
You will be registered with the GPh C with independent prescribing, and you will have a keen interest in cannabis-based medicinal products.
