Curaleaf International's Curaleaf Clinic in the UK is expanding its clinical team. We are seeking an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to support patients from initial enquiry through to ongoing evaluation, delivering personalised care.
Based in Sunderland with 2-3 days on site, or fully remote within the UK, you will conduct video review appointments, manage patient records, MDT meetings, and provide cannabis-based treatment guidance to colleagues and healthcare professionals.
