About The Role

  • Use advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to track KPIs, identify trends, and create dashboards that drive our strategy.
  • Act as the primary internal contact for our sales reps, preparing professional customer collateral and ensuring they have everything they need to win.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end setup for new accounts, ensuring our CRM (Monday.com) is flawless and customer records are pin‑sharp.
  • Occasionally pick up the phone to connect with customers, support department initiatives and build momentum.

About You

  • You are detail‑oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data in a fast‑moving sales environment.
  • You enjoy solving problems, supporting colleagues, and bringing structure to complex workflows.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or analytical role.
