Overview

Lead Big Launches. Shape Global Impact. Join Curaleaf International as a Senior NPI / Commercialisation Manager and take the lead on driving complex, high-impact product launches across global markets. If you’re agile, collaborative, and can keep multiple plates spinning with grace and determination — this is your moment.

Location: London, UK or Alicante, Spain (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday

The Role

As Senior NPI / Commercialisation Manager, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end execution of new product introductions and commercialisation projects — primarily focused on medical devices and other regulated products.

You’ll work collaboratively across functions — from R&D, Regulatory and Quality to Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial — ensuring every launch is delivered with precision, compliance, and commercial impact.

This is a newly created position, giving you the opportunity to build processes from the ground up, define best practice, and set the standard for how Curaleaf International brings new products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple NPI and commercialisation projects across international markets — balancing priorities with agility
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery through effective planning, scoping, and risk management
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, stage-gate documentation, and stakeholder communications
  • Oversee the transfer and regulatory activities for new products, ensuring compliance across changing global frameworks
  • Manage the creation and approval of technical documentation, labelling, and IFUs
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure market readiness and access
  • Build and maintain a rolling 12-month commercialisation roadmap
  • Gather and analyse data for accurate reporting, including post-launch in-market surveillance
  • Foster a collaborative, cross-functional culture built on accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement

About You

You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment — resilient, adaptable, and motivated by challenge. You’re a strong yet empathetic leader, capable of influencing and inspiring diverse teams while maintaining a clear focus on delivery.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in heavily regulated industries (medical devices preferred, but not essential)
  • Proven success managing complex programmes independently, from concept to launch
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and geographies
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and legal frameworks in international markets
  • A proactive, tenacious, and motivated mindset — always looking for better, smarter ways to deliver
  • Resilience to adapt to the evolving nature of the medical cannabis sector
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and put in the effort for significant long-term rewards
  • Fluency in English (other European languages a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as required
