Here at Curaleaf, we’re looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our clinic. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support patients from initial enquiry through to prescribing, helping ensure safe and effective use of medical cannabis treatment.
What you’ll be doing
- Prioritising workload to ensure timely responses to patient queries
- Providing medicines‑related information and supporting patient queries in line with clinical guidance
- Supporting the repeat prescription process and resolving discrepancies where required
- Assisting with development and maintenance of systems, including SOPs and IT workflows
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and supporting audits
- Contributing to MDT meetings and multidisciplinary patient care
- Supporting patient feedback and service improvement initiatives
About you
We’re looking for an approachable, patient‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
You will be a registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and hold a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent).
In addition, you will bring
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- A proactive, problem‑solving approach to your work
- Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
