As knowledge of medical cannabis is expanding, so is our patient base. To ensure everyone is getting the attention and commitment they deserve, we are adding a new Patient Retention Specialist to our team.
Position:
Working within both Curaleaf Pharmacy and Curaleaf Clinic, you will engage with patients via outbound calls to positively impact retention and build sustainable, long-term business.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Building positive relationships with patients, ensuring that they feel heard and respected
- Proactively calling patients to win back or retain their custom
- Providing the business with patient insights, advising on process changes to better the patient experience and making any and all parties necessary aware of issues and requests
- Following up patient complaints to maintain goodwill
- Maintaining records and compiling detailed notes on all conversations
Requirements:
As a Patient Retention Specialist, you must have a confident and engaging telephone manner and a passion for truly helping others that shows in your work. It is essential you:
- Are self-motivated, organized, and can work under your own initiative
- Are IT literate, able to use reporting systems and other specialist software
- Remain calm in all situations, projecting an understanding and positive tone
- Have a resilient, optimistic nature
- Have experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with outbound calls
- Record, work with, and thoroughly understand data effectively
- Thrive when non-scripted, applying flexibility to create a true personalised patient experience
Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience in Pharmaceuticals and an awareness of the rules and regulations within the sector, particularly concerning unlicensed medicines. Experience using a Customer Management System would also be highly desirable.
