As a leader in the Pharmaceutical sector, our company has rapidly grown year on year. With an expanding company comes more work for the Talent Acquisition team, sourcing the best talent to contribute to our soaring success. We are therefore accepting expressions of interest in a potential Resourcer (Administrator) role.
In this position, duties would include, but not be limited to:
- Advert writing and placing
- CV sifting
- Liaising with teams across the business (and the world!)
- Scheduling
- Recruitment and onboarding administration
- Weekly updates to Team Manager
Although previous experience in a Resourcing role would be beneficial, all you really need is great organisation skills, the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, and a drive that matches ours!
