We\’re growing fast and we\’re on the lookout for a hands‑on, motivated Medical Cannabis Production Technician to join our team. This is a 6‑month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

What You\’ll Be Doing

As a Production Technician in our medical cannabis manufacturing facility, you\’ll be at the centre of a rapidly evolving, science‑backed industry, producing and packaging high‑quality cannabis‑based medicines that genuinely improve lives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non‑sterile environments
  • Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed
  • Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)
  • Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
  • Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
  • Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
  • Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals

What We\’re Looking For

  • Has excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Is calm and accurate under pressure
  • Can work well independently and in a team
  • Is happy to follow strict procedures
  • Can spot when something\’s not quite right and take action
  • Has good dexterity and reading comprehension
  • Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6 am – 8 pm)

Bonus if you\’ve worked in a fast‑paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment – but it\’s not essential. Full training is provided!
