Here you won\’t be working front of house or dealing with walk-ins. Instead, you\’ll be at the heart of an innovative, tech-enabled, behind-the-scenes operation that\’s changing lives daily.
What You\’ll Be Doing
Working from our main office in Sunderland, you\’ll be part of a high-volume dispensary team helping process and deliver life-changing medication to patients across the UK. Your role will include but won\’t be limited to:
- Labelling, handling, and dispensing prescriptions, including controlled drugs
- Maintaining accurate Controlled Drugs records and pharmacy paperwork
- Stock control and dispensary organisation
- Liaising with our Admin and Customer Service teams to manage patient expectations
- Supporting dispensary cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with all SOPs and regulations
