Join our growing Clinic Marketing team and help shape how patients discover, understand and access medical cannabis treatment in the UK.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support the delivery of marketing activity for our UK clinic.
Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, you'll help create and deliver content, coordinate social media and above-the-line campaigns, and support SEO and PPC activity, ensuring all communications are compliant and on brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Create clear, accurate and compliant copy for the website, blog, social media and patient communications.
- Support the monitoring of campaign performance across all channels, helping to report on KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to deliver campaigns on time and to target.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the marketing team.
- Stay informed about healthcare marketing trends, competitor activity and patient needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of the patient journey and identify opportunities to improve engagement and the overall patient experience.
- Ensure all communications comply with relevant healthcare advertising regulations, internal approval processes and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum two years' experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive role.
- Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Working knowledge of organic and paid social media, SEO, PPC.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and report on marketing KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive, collaborative approach, with the confidence to share ideas, build relationships across teams and take on new challenges.
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry.
- Familiarity with compliance review and approval processes.
- Experience creating dashboards and presenting marketing performance reports.
