The successful applicant will:
- Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored following the company procedures and policies and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC/CQC guidelines.
- Utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilst providing guidance and support to all team members.
- Create well thought‑through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks.
- Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better.

- Whether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well‑being in mind above anything else.
- Have a current NMC registration, and more than 2 years of experience.
