The successful applicant will have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience. They should have good knowledge of the latest clinical practices and be able to lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care. Responsibilities include using technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records, ensuring medication is ordered, administered, and stored following company procedures and policies, and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC/CQC guidelines. The applicant will utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilst providing guidance and support to all team members. They will create well-thought-through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks, and develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better.
What we are looking for
Someone who can deliver a level of care that truly comes from the heart, ensuring residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. You will be involved in general activities within the Care Home and may help someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offer emotional support to a confused or distressed resident, or provide end-of-life care, always keeping the residents' well-being in mind.
