Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care. Use technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records. Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored following the company procedures and policies and in accordance with current legislation and the NMC/CQC guidelines. Utilize clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilst providing guidance and support to all team members. Create well-thought through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks. Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better.

  • Helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid.
  • Offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident.
  • Delivering care to someone at the end of their life, always having their well-being in mind above anything else.

An NMC Registered Nurse, able to lead a team of care staff. Able to deliver nursing care in a clinical environment. Capable of demonstrating awareness and understanding of current legislation and guidelines. Passionate about offering superior services and wanting to make a difference. The successful applicant will have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience.
