Curaa Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 31-bed dementia nursing home in the Hertford area. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance and manage occupancy, budgets and staff performance in a hands-on leadership capacity.
The role requires a Level 5 Diploma or progression toward it, strong leadership in a CQC-regulated setting, and a commitment to person-centered care. The position is permanent and onsite with competitive pay and development support.
