Job Description
The successful applicant will:
- Have a current NMC registration and more than 2 years of experience.
- Have good knowledge of the latest clinical practices.
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care.
- Use technology to keep accurate documentation and resident records.
- Ensure medication is ordered, administered, and stored following company procedures, policies, and current legislation, as well as NMC/CQC guidelines.
- Utilise clinical skills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner while providing guidance and support to all team members.
- Create well‑thought‑through care plans and detailed risk assessments, keeping in mind regulatory frameworks.
- Develop relationships with relatives to help support residents better.
