Spire Staffing is seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. You will be placed on temporary assignments within care homes, nursing homes, and community services across the region.
Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to residents and service users.
- Assisting with mobility, nutrition, and daily living tasks.
- Observing and reporting changes in service users’ wellbeing.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
- Up-to-date mandatory training (refresher training can be arranged).
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
