Cura Workforce Solutions is working in partnership with a leading provider of Residential and Nursing Care homes to source suitable candidates for this role.

Salary: £23.79 per hour

Hours: Full Time, 7am-7pm, 3 shifts a week including alternate weekends

Location: Sleaford, NG34 9PL

About the Role:

As a Nurse, you will work with the Home Manager, Clinical Lead, and other trained nurses to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality nursing care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting carers in providing personal care and daily activities.
  • Administering medication and updating nursing care plans.
  • Promoting residents’ choice, dignity, and independence.
  • Managing the care team and ensuring care plans are regularly updated.

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD)).
  • Minimum of one year experience in a residential/nursing home setting, including experience with dementia care.
  • Awareness of Person-Centred Care Planning principles.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Satisfactory Care Character Assessment.
  • Live within 30 minutes of the home.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience caring for residents with dementia.
  • Experience supervising team members.
  • RGN Qualification.
  • Experience as a Senior in Health or Social Care or above.
