Cura Vita Complex Care Group is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to help lead and develop our Supported Living and Community Services. This is a newly created leadership role designed to strengthen clinical oversight, governance, quality assurance and operational excellence across our growing services. We support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Complex Care requirements, delivering person-centred support that promotes independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping service quality, strengthening governance, developing staff teams and supporting future growth. This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for a visible, hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside operational teams and driving continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing leadership across supported living and community services
  • Supporting clinical governance, quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Completing and overseeing competency assessments and clinical sign-offs
  • Leading audits, service improvement initiatives and quality reviews
  • Supporting safeguarding investigations, incident reviews and risk management
  • Coaching and developing staff teams to deliver outstanding care
  • Working closely with service users, families, professionals and commissioners
  • Supporting service development, assessments, transitions and growth opportunities
  • Maintaining high standards of care, compliance and operational performance

Qualifications

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous Registered Manager, Service Manager or senior leadership experience within regulated health or social care services
  • Strong understanding of governance, safeguarding and quality standards
  • Experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and/or Complex Care needs
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel regularly across multiple service locations
