Lead the Growth of Industrial Water Services in the UK. Cura Terrae Water is seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to drive the front-end growth of our Industrial Water Monitoring division. This role combines technical expertise, commercial insight, and leadership to expand market presence, drive revenue, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Your Role: As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing the Industrial Water business, through the preparation, submission and conversion of high quality value add proposals. You will lead the team to achieve business plan targets, strengthen client relationships, and position Cura Terrae as a market leader.
- Strategic Growth postgraduate qualification and CPD desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of flow, water quality monitoring, and data acquisition.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and strategic account management.
- Understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading and managing teams to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
