As we continue to grow, we’re seeking Senior Ecologists to support the delivery of a wide range of multi-disciplinary projects across the UK. You’ll work alongside dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering high standards across all stages of the project lifecycle — from survey to strategy.
Qualifications
- Has a relevant undergraduate degree (and ideally a postgraduate qualification)
- Brings experience in habitat and protected species assessments
- Has a strong track record in report writing and quality assurance
- May hold protected species survey and/or mitigation licences (advantageous)
- Can manage complex projects with minimal supervision
- Enjoys supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
- Brings a proactive, flexible approach to a dynamic workload
- Has an eye for detail and a commitment to best practice
- Previous experience in business development or client liaison is beneficial, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Lead and support ecological surveys and assessments
- Prepare and review high-quality technical reports
- Support the development of junior ecologists
