Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location
Hybrid β Office in Otley, West Yorkshire (Suite 3, Chevin Mill, Leeds Road, LS21 1BT) with remote flexibility.
This is a full time (37.5 hours per week. 9am -5.30pm Monday-Friday) permanent role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Otley office.

About You
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Role Purpose
The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers in target accounts. This role is critical to building a healthy pipeline for our Account Managers and supporting Curaβs revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers in target markets using tools like LinkedIn etc.
- Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to engage prospects and qualify leads.
- Book discovery meetings for Account Managers and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and report performance regularly.
- Stay informed about Curaβs services (managed IT, licensing, VoIP, cybersecurity) to articulate value propositions effectively.
KPIs
- Daily/weekly call and email targets.
- Number of qualified meetings booked.
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation (IT industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Resilience and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience desirable).
