As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are building a strong sales team to drive lead generation and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
The SDR will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and booking meetings with decision-makers in target accounts.
- Booking discovery meetings for Account Managers and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborating with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Tracking activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and reporting performance regularly.
- Staying informed about Cura’s services (managed IT, licensing, VoIP, cybersecurity) to articulate value propositions effectively.
Previous experience in outbound sales or lead generation (IT industry preferred). Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience desirable). At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience.
