We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager (Clinical) to join our client's care home team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse with strong leadership skills to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding clinical care and ensuring the highest standards of resident wellbeing.

As Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of the home, providing clinical leadership and supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care. You will help maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, oversee clinical governance, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

In the absence of the Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the service, ensuring the home continues to operate effectively and in line with CQC standards and company policies.
