We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and leading a team. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding support tailored to their individual needs. Role Overview

You will be responsible for recognising and facilitating the daily needs of residents, ensuring high standards of care are consistently maintained. The role also involves conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching Support Workers to reach their full potential.
