An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in the West Midlands. This is a home with strong foundations, a committed team, and a clear vision for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Supported by an experienced Operations Team, alongside an established Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, you will have the resources and support needed to make a lasting impact.
The Role
As Nursing Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and occupancy growth. You will be a visible and inspiring leader, promoting a culture where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect while supporting and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the home's multidisciplinary team.

- Demonstrable success in maintaining occupancy and promoting care services.
