We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our client's professional care team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and best practice guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
- Administer medication safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
- Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
