We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive care home environment where high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything they do.

As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other nurse practitioners and care staff to deliver outstanding care to residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that nursing and care services are consistently delivered to a high standard while respecting the dignity of residents and promoting independence wherever possible. You will assist in delivering professional nursing care and support the day-to-day activities of the home, ensuring residents receive the care, comfort, and attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and best practices
  • Work closely with the wider care team to support residents' health and wellbeing
  • Ensure residents' personal care needs are met while maintaining dignity and respect
  • Monitor residents' health, record observations, and respond to clinical needs appropriately
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the home and promote a positive care environment
Skills & Attributes
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the role

Education & Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience
