Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care
- Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical records
- Support residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs
- Work collaboratively with care staff, healthcare professionals, and families
- Contribute to care planning and clinical assessments
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and safeguarding procedures
- Assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the home
- NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Previous experience within a nursing or care home environment preferred
