Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your leadership career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care home, playing a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care and supporting a high-performing nursing team.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will help maintain the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and compliance, ensuring residents receive exceptional person-centred nursing care while promoting best practice throughout the home.

The Role

  • Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nurses and care staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
  • Oversee clinical governance, audits, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to achieve excellence.
  • Make sound clinical decisions and respond effectively in challenging situations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote a positive, supportive, and professional working environment.

About You

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN).
  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
  • Previous leadership or management experience, or experience leading a small team.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • A thorough understanding of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC regulations, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting the development of others.
