We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead to join their care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident nursing professional to take the next step in their career, playing a key role in delivering outstanding clinical care within a high-quality residential setting.
Working closely with the Home Manager and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will lead, support and inspire nurses and carers, ensuring the highest standards of care, clinical governance and compliance are consistently achieved.
- Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams
- Support, mentor and develop staff to promote best nursing practices
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN and post-registration experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC standards and audits
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting team development
