The Role

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and developing the nursing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional clinical care
  • Ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards
  • Make informed clinical decisions and respond effectively under pressure

About You

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and post-registration experience

  • Knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, and CQC standards
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
