We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join our client's professional care team. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Working closely with fellow healthcare professionals, you will support residents with their nursing care requirements and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and best practice guidelines.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
  • Administer medication safely and accurately.
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.
  • Promote dignity, choice, independence, and person-centred care at all times.
  • Support and mentor care staff where required.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities.
  • A caring, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
