The Role As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life.
Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.

Administering medication safely and in accordance with NMC guidelines.

Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changing clinical needs.

Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.

Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Supporting and mentoring care colleagues to maintain excellent standards of care.

Contributing to a positive, professional, and caring environment.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).

Relevant post-registration nursing experience.

Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care setting.

Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A compassionate, patient-focused approach.

The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
