Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity to lead a successful, high-quality care service? As Care Home Manager, you will provide strong leadership to the team, ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centred care while maintaining outstanding standards across the service. You will play a key role in driving quality improvements, developing the team, and ensuring the home continues to meet and exceed regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inspirational leadership and guidance to the care team, promoting a culture built on kindness, compassion, dignity, and respect.
  • Ensure the home consistently meets all CQC requirements and maintains excellent standards of care, support, and compliance.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for residents and their families.
  • Manage the home's financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and achieving business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective occupancy and marketing strategies to promote the service and build strong relationships with residents, families, professionals, and local stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks, with a proven track record of delivering high standards of care.
  • Experience leading teams within the private care sector and managing a commercially successful service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
  • Strong business awareness with experience supporting occupancy growth and service development.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CQC Registered Manager experience is essential.
  • NMC registration and relevant post-registration nursing experience are desirable but not essential.
