An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead to join a well-established care provider committed to delivering outstanding standards of care. About the Role

As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance. Supported by an experienced management team, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive person-centred care that meets their individual needs. You will take an active role in clinical delivery, support the development of the nursing team, and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality clinical care
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and governance requirements
  • Carry out clinical assessments and make sound clinical decisions
  • Support audits, safeguarding processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor, train, and develop nursing and care staff
  • Promote best practices and maintain high standards across the service

Skills & Experience

  • Strong clinical skillset with the confidence to lead a team
  • Previous management experience or experience leading a small team
  • Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
  • Passion for high-quality care and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and compliance

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Relevant post-registration experience
