Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join their team and play a key role in maintaining exceptional standards of care across their nursing home. - Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing team

- NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and confidence leading a nursing team
