We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a high-quality care home team, delivering outstanding clinical care and leadership.
About the Role
As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. You will lead by example, support the nursing team, and actively contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of clinical services.
- Lead and support the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure clinical standards, policies, and governance are maintained
- Support, mentor, and train staff to promote best nursing practices
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Passion for high standards of nursing care
